Nick Wood and his wife Jane have been restoring, building and conserving carriages at Fairbourne in the Garden of England, Kent since 1971. They have since been joined by their sons Duncan and Francis and together they continue the family tradition of four generations. As a result Fairbourne Carriages has intimate knowledge of all the crafts relating to coach building. The small family team aims to offer the highest standards traditionally associated with the English coachbuilders to customers who simply want the very best.
