Carriage Conservation & Museum Projects
We have been privileged, over the past 35 years, to be involved in major horsedrawn carriage conservation projects for museums and collections throughout the world. This area of our business has expanded in order to meet the growing interest in the preservation and conservation of original carriages. Our wide knowledge of carriage building and traditional techniques has helped us develop skills in retaining and preserving original paint finishes and period patina, making us among the leaders in this field.

We are registered as accredited conservators with the Institute of Conservation.

Every project is thoroughly researched prior to work commencing and each stage of the conservation process is recorded. Please see our gallery section for examples of this work.
